Acceptance of Engagement
Pacific Flow Analytics ("the Company") provides specialized data monitoring intelligence. By utilizing PacificFlowAnalytics.digital, you agree to comply with Malaysian digital commerce laws and these specific terms. These terms are not mere guidelines; they represent the structural framework of our B2B software agreement.
Intellectual Property & Lab Sovereignty
All proprietary algorithms, real time analytics dashboards, and interface designs are the exclusive property of Pacific Flow Analytics. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to view public documentation. You may not:
- Reverse engineer any flow monitoring logic.
- Scrape raw metadata for external training models.
- Replicate the "Data Flow Analytics Lab" visual style.
- Circumvent regional access controls in Kuala Lumpur.
System Reliability
& Limitations
While our data monitoring systems aim for 99.9% visibility, digital infrastructure is subject to terrestrial and spectral interference. Pacific Flow Analytics provides its site "as-is" without explicit guarantees regarding zero-latency performance in every geographic node.
Liability Cap
Total liability for any disruptions categorized as technical explaining or diagnostic outages shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.
Identity Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding any credentials used to access private data flow analytics reports. Compromised accounts must be reported to info@pacificflowanalytics.digital immediately.
Input Integrity
You agree not to inject malicious script or erroneous data packets intended to stress-test our data monitoring perimeters without localized written consent.
Regional Compliance
Operations must remain compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 of Malaysia and related international data flow analytics standards.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of our real time analytics services that cannot be settled via arbitration will be handled by the courts located in Kuala Lumpur.
